Payment & cancellations
For new requests under the October 26, 2026 policy: no payment is collected when you send a request. After Frontier approves your date, time and total, pay a 25% deposit rounded up to the next whole dollar, or pay the full total. The deposit counts toward the service. For example, a $130 service has a $33 deposit and a $97 remaining balance.
The payment hold normally lasts 12 hours and ends earlier for an appointment starting sooner. Your exact deadline is shown before payment. Verified payment confirms the appointment. If the deadline passes, the hold is released and Frontier must approve a new offer before you pay.
The remaining balance is due after the detail. You may pay online through Stripe or use cash or Zelle as agreed with Frontier. The website does not automatically charge a saved card for the balance.
Cancellation before departure: cancel from your private appointment page before Frontier starts driving and receive a full refund, even for a late cancellation. No automatic forfeiture of the deposit applies.
After departure: a customer-caused cancellation, no-show or lack of agreed access goes to owner review. Any deduction is limited to documented, legally recoverable wasted-trip costs, capped at $20 and never more than the amount paid. The owner explains the deduction on your private page and refunds the rest. Calling a payment a deposit does not make it nonrefundable.
For a no-show or failed access, Frontier records arrival within the agreed window, calls and texts, and allows 15 minutes from the later of arrival or the scheduled start before declaring the visit unsuccessful. Frontier records the departure and contact attempts. A late arrival caused by Frontier is not grounds for a deduction.
If Frontier cancels, weather or equipment prevents service, Frontier is at fault, or you decline a changed price or service, all payments are refunded. Refunds return to the original card; your bank may take several business days to display them. A pending refund is not a completed refund.
Rescheduling: request a new time on your private page before departure. Your existing appointment remains in place until Frontier approves the new time. Your payment transfers to the agreed appointment without another deposit for the same total. If a new time cannot be agreed, use the cancellation policy above. After departure, contact Frontier so any failed visit can be reviewed first.
Bookings and waitlist requests made under an earlier policy keep their original arrangements. This policy does not retroactively impose a deposit or travel deduction. It does not authorize deductions that are prohibited by law.
